Refund policy Warranty Policy We will replace a defective product within 12 months of purchase. A product will be considered defective after all troubleshooting attempts have been made by our customer service team. Defective products will be replaced with an identical product of equal or greater value. Replacements are shipped after the defective product has been successfully returned to our warehouse. We offer free return shipping on all orders within the United States and will provide you with the prepaid return shipping label. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping for International orders.
