You can either return or exchange the product within 30 days to be eligible for a complete refund. But we do have one condition. The product must be returned unopened and should be in unused condition. We will offer a replacement if the goods are damaged or defective. If you cover is damaged, we will replace it, if your waterproof cover is damaged we will replace it. * We do not accept refunds if your mat, the waterproof cover or the latex is used by pets.
