Eligible for refund or exchange Items purchased with a 0-19% discount are eligible for refund, within 30-days of the delivery date. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment used to make the purchase. A prepaid shipping label will be provided. Eligible for exchange or store credit only Items purchased with a 20% discount or higher are eligible for exchange or store credit, with the exception of items purchased from our Last Chance page or our Almost Perfect Sale, which are final sale. Items must be returned within 30-days of the delivery date. A prepaid shipping label will be provided. These items need to be unworn with the tags still attached to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please note, there is no guarantee that we will have available sizes and colors for an exchange. Items received in any other condition will not be issued a refund and will not be returned to the sender. We also do not accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
