Iron

Iron is needed for proper blood cell formation. These cells carry oxygen to the body. Vitamin C increases the bioavailability of iron. Take these together, away from calcium, magnesium, and heartburn medications to maximize bioavailability. Also, do not take with coffee or tea. Have at least one hour before or after drinks and meals. I take mine before bed or alternatively immediately upon awakening, with water on an empty stomach with my vitamin C. Be sure to get lab testing to confirm: 1) iron deficiency 2) progress
